You can be part of the process of bringing the world together. Whether you’re:

• considering studying abroad or just curious,
• interested in hosting a foreign exchange student or want to know what it’s about, or
• want to learn how AFS is participating in your community,

If you are considering becoming an AFSer and live near Seattle, this event is a great opportunity to learn more. You can meet an informal panel of local residents who can introduce you to AFS.

Present will be volunteers, returnees, currently hosted students, and parents of local high school students who have studied abroad with AFS. You’ll hear about the AFS experiences of these people and have opportunities to ask questions.

The main focus will be on studying abroad through AFS, but we will also discuss possibilities for hosting international students in the local community.
