AFS Visa Information for this program is in the process of being updated. A notification will be mailed and emailed to participants once instructions are fully updated and posted, which should happen within 4 to 6 weeks prior to your departure.
All participants must have a passport valid up to 6 months beyond the end of their program. If you are not a US citizen, you must hold a valid passport from your country of citizenship or a valid Refugee Travel Document and valid US visa or permanent resident document. If you are a non-US citizen, please contact your Student Services Advisor to ensure AFS is aware of your citizenship status, as visa instructions may vary for you. Your Advisor will connect you to a Visa Coordinator if necessary.
